摘　　要：本文分析了公共图书馆为用户服务过程中存在的问题,探讨了如何利用互联网技术搭建互联网+平台,采集用户需求,根据用户需求变被动服务为主动服务,并讨论了信息化服务平台构建完成后如何改善服务效能等问题。This paper analyzes the issues of public libraries services at present, and discusses how to use Internet technology to Build Internet＋ plat form, collect userg requirements, and change customer service from passive tu active according to users needs. Finally, it discusses the improvement of service performance after constructed the information service platforrn.
