摘　　要：患者男,82岁,四肢皮疹30年,有家族遗传史。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,颗粒层变薄。真皮乳头增生,真皮浅层单一核细胞浸润,病变两侧表皮棘细胞层显著增生和肥厚。诊断:持久性豆状角化过度病。An 82-year-old man has developed lesions on the extremities for 30 years with a family history of the disorder. Histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis, granular layer thinning, dermal papillary hyperplasia, single nuclear cells infiltration in the upper dermis, and significant stratum spinosum hyperplasia and hypertrophy on both sides of the lesions. A diagnosis of hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans was made.
