林慧娟教授治疗心血管病用药频率分析

摘　　要：目的用统计学方法分析林慧娟教授治疗心血管病的用药规律。方法将林慧娟教授治疗心血管病的105份病历录入中医门诊电子病历,通过软件统计功能对所有中药使用频率进行统计。结果 105份病历中,共用中药83种,其中黄芪频数最高,共75次,频率为71.43%,麦冬、黄连、当归、五味子、白芍、川芎、延胡索、酸枣仁频率较高,均大于40%。结论林教授治疗心血管病以益气养阴、活血通脉为大法,根据不同证型及兼证,配合以活血化瘀、宽胸化痰、祛风通络、调理脾气、养心安神、滋阴生津、疏肝解郁、益气健脾等治法。Objective To analyze the law of medication frequency of Professor Lin Hui-juan in treating cardiovascular disease by statistical method. Methods 105 medical record of Professor Lin in treating cardiovascular disease were input to the electronic medical record of TCM Outpatient, and medications frequency of Chinese medication were analyzed by the local statistical function of the analysis software. Results In the 105 cases medical record, there were 83 kinds of Chinese medicine. The medication frequency of Astragalus mongholicus was the highest, which were 75 times and 71. 43%. The medications frequency of Radix Ophiopogonis, golden thread, Angelica sinenslsm Schisandra chinensis, radices paeoniae alba, Ligusticum wallichii and Rhizoma Corydalis were higher more than 40%. Conclusion Professor Lin treated cardiovascular disease by supplementing qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in vessels therapy, according to different syndromes and syndromes, combined with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, resolving phlegm in chest, dispelling pathogenic wind to dredge vessels, coordinating spleen qi, nourishing heart for tranquillization, nourishing yin for promoting fluid production, dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and benefiting qi for strengthening spleen.
