滋肾活血丸对DN大鼠肾脏保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察滋肾活血丸对DN大鼠肾脏的保护作用及足细胞损伤的影响。方法 40只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、滋肾活血丸组、苯那普利组,每组各10只,测定生化指标;光镜检查肾组织病理变化,电镜及免疫荧光法检测肾组织及尿液中足细胞变化等并进行观察。结果实验12周后,模型组大鼠血糖、24小时尿蛋白定量、BUN、Scr较正常对照组明显增高(P<0.05);滋肾活血丸组和苯那普利组与模型组比较大鼠24 h尿蛋白定量、BUN、Scr均有不同程度降低(P<0.05),但滋肾活血丸组远期疗效更为显著。结论滋肾活血丸可减轻糖尿病肾病大鼠足细胞损伤,具有一定的肾保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effect of Zishen Huoxue pills on the kidney of DN rats as well as the impact on podocyte injury. Method 40 rats were randomly divided into control group, the model group, the Zishen Huoxue pills group and the benazepril group, and each group had 10 rats. Their biochemical indicators were determined. The renal biopsy pathology was checked through light microscopy. The podocyte changes in renal tissue and urine were observed by electron microscopy and immuno fluorescence method. Results After experiments for 12 weeks, the blood glucose, the urine protein in 24 hours, BUN and Ser in rats of the model group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The urine protein in 24 hours, BUN and Scr in rats of the Zishen Huoxue pills group and the benazepril group declined in different degrees compared with the model group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The Zishen Huoxue pills group had remarkable long-term curative effects. Conclusion： The Zishen Huoxue pills can relieve the podocyte injury of the rats with diabetic nephropathy, and had certain renal protective effect.
