舒乐搽剂用于新生儿抚触联合穴位推拿治疗新生儿皮疹的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒乐搽剂用于新生儿抚触及穴位推拿治疗新生儿皮疹的效果。方法将40例患婴随机分成实验组20例及对照组20例,实验组将舒乐搽剂对温水按1:1比例稀释后,用以新生儿抚触,抚触方法均采用正规国际标准抚触加中医穴位推拿,每天1次,观察6d。对照组在新生儿沐浴后在皮疹处外涂金霉素眼膏,每天1次,观察6d。结果两组新生儿皮疹疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.10>0.05)。两组皮疹消退时间比较,差异有统计学意义(0.023<P<0.05),实验组皮疹消退早于对照组。结论舒乐搽剂用于新生儿抚触有治疗新生儿皮疹的疗效,缩短病程,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the the effect of Shule liniment for neonatal touch combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of neonatal rash. Methods 40 cases of newborn patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had 20 cases. The experimental group used Shule liniment diluted by 1 ： 1 proportion of warm water to touch the newborn, and adopt formal international standard touch and TCM acupoint massage, once a day, six consecutive days. In the control group, newborns were given external application of aureomycin eye ointment in the rash after bath once a day, six consecutive days. Results The difference in the therapeutic effect of the two groups wash＇ t statistically significant （P = O. 10 〉 0. 05）. The difference in clearance time of rash had statistical significance （0. 023 〈 P 〈 0.05 ） , and the clearance of rash of the experimental group was earlier than that of the control group. Conclusion Shule liniment for neonatal touch in the treatment of neonatal rash had curative effect, and the course of the disease was shortened. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
