中西医结合疗法对急性右心室心肌梗塞疗效及安全性探析

摘　　要：目的评估中西医结合疗法治疗急性右心室心肌梗死的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取2012年3月-2014年2月于我院接受治疗的100例急性右心室心肌梗塞患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表格法将其分为对照组与观察组,均为50例。对对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,对观察组患者则在对照组患者治疗的基础上加用中医辨证治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组显效30例,好转16例,总有效率为92.00%,明显优于对照组的68.00%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用常规西药联合中医进行综合治疗,可改善ARVI患者的临床症状,降低不安全事件的发生率,减少治疗期间不良反应发生的可能性,值得推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects and safety of therapy of integrated medicine for acute right ventricular myocardial infarction. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute right ventricular myocardial infarction in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2014 were selected as research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group based on the random number table method, and each group had 50 cases. The patients in control group were given regular Western medicine. The patients in the observation group were given treatment based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of the Western medicine. The therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group, 30 cases were completely relief, 15 cases improved, the total effective rate was 92.00% which was obviously superior to 68.00% of the control group, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of acute right ventrieular myocardial infarction can improve clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the incidence of unsafe events, and decrease the possibility of adverse reaction, which deserved to be widely promoted.
