摘　　要：目的深入探讨人参化学成分及抗肿瘤药理作用。方法收集国内外近5年内对人参对循环系统、内分泌系统等药理作用的研究资料,并对其进展做了简要概述。结果人参对结肠癌、白血病、肺癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、卵巢癌有一定的疗效。结论人参具有很高的药用价值,但是并不能治好所有的病。人参皂苷是人参的重要组成部分,对它的深入研究有助于我们对现在的多种疑难杂症的解决,为人参的开发利用提供参考和依据。Objective To discuss in-depth of the chemical composition and antieancer pharmacological effect of ginseng. Methods In the last 5 years, the research data on the pharmacological effects of ginseng on the circulatory system and endocrine system were collected, and a brief overview of research progress was developed. Results Ginseng had certain curative effect on colon cancer, leukemia, lung cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer and ovarian cancer. Conclusion Ginseng has the very high medicinal value, but cannot cure all the disease. Ginseng saponins is an important constituent of ginseng, the in-depth study will help us to present all kinds of difficult problems, and provide reference and basis for the development and utilization of ginseng.
