摘  要:腹腔内窥镜输精技术作为一项羊繁殖改良的高新技术,具有低剂量、高精准、高效率的配种优势,可最大限度地发挥优秀种公羊利用率,提高繁殖生产效率,增加养殖收益,对加速推动羊良种化产业进程,实现专业化、工厂化生产具有重要意义。本试验旨在筛选出腹腔内窥镜输精技术与同期发情技术联合应用过程中,最佳输精时间、输精部位、最低有效输精剂量及输精方法,为在规模化生产提供参考依据。试验以小尾寒羊为试验母本,杜泊羊为父本,以输精受孕率、工作效率等为技术指标,对不同撤栓输精时间、不同输精部位、不同输精有效精子数进行了对比试验,筛选出绵羊腹腔内窥镜输精最佳输精时间为撤栓后48h、最佳输精部位为子宫角前、中段、最低有效输精剂量为2×10^7个。同时,为提高工作效率,建议输精时不进行发情鉴定,开展直接全群盲输法操作。Intraperitoneal endoscopic insemination as an advanced breeding technique in sheep has characteristics of low-dose, high-precision and high-efficiency. This technique can maximize utilization of excellent rams, improve reproductive efficiency and increase farming income of sheep, which is important for accelerating professional and industrial production. The aims of this study were to screen the optimal insemination time, area, dose and method when using intraperitoneal endoscopic insemination combined with estrus synchronization and the results will provide guides for industrial production. This experiment inseminated fresh Dorper semen to Small-tail Han ewes, compared different withdrawal progesterone suppository times, insemination parts and sperm concentration by evaluating conception rate, and the results showed that the optimum insemination time was 48 h after withdrawal progesterone suppository, the best insemination areas were the former and middle of uterine horn and the lowest dose was 2×10^7 sperms. Meanwhile, in order to improve efficiency, it is recommended not to conduct estrus detection, but direct insemination.
