摘 要:本试验以长×大二元杂交生长猪为研究对象,探讨菌肽蛋白对保育猪生长性能、舍内氨气和可吸入颗粒物(PM)浓度及粪便中氨态氮和亚硝酸盐浓度的影响。选择体重16.3 kg左右的长×大二元杂交猪708头,按饲养试验要求分为3组,每组1栋猪舍,每栋猪舍各236头(公母各半),分别饲喂3种不同的试验日粮。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,2个处理组分别饲喂含0.5%CSN的日粮、用10%菌肽蛋白替代基础日粮中部分普通豆粕的日粮,并与对照组粗蛋白含量保持一致,试验期为28 d。结果表明:菌肽蛋白组平均日增重、日采食量与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05);菌肽蛋白组氨气浓度比对照组降低了15.54%(P<0.05),可吸入颗粒物(PM10和PM2.5)与对照组相比分别下降了20.34%(P<0.05)和8.09%(P<0.05);CSN组氨气浓度比对照组降低了17.62%(P<0.05),可吸入颗粒物(PM10和PM2.5)与对照组相比无明显差异;菌肽蛋白和CSN均可显著提高猪粪氨态氮和亚硝酸盐浓度(P<0.05)。结果提示,菌肽蛋白和CSN均能提高猪粪氨态氮和亚硝酸盐含量,降低畜舍氨气浓度;湿菌肽蛋白能降低畜舍可吸入颗粒物(PM)浓度。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of fresh fermented soybean meal (FSM) on the concentration of ammonia and particulate matter (PM) in nursey pig house, and the contents of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in faeces. A total of 708 pigletss (Landrace xYorkshire ) weighing 16.3 kg were randomly allotted to three treatments (e.g. barns) (236 pigs in each treatment). Pigs were fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet (control), basal diet+0.5% copper-loaded silicate nanoparticles (CSN) (CSN group) and basal diet + 10% FSM (FSM group) (the content of crude protein was the same as the control). The feeding trial lasted 28 days. The results showed that the ADG and ADFI in FSM group increased compared with control (P〈0.05), the concentration of ammonia and particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5) in barn decreased by 15.54% (P〈0.05), 20.34% (P〈0.05) and 8.09% (P〈0.05) respectively. Compared with the control, the concentration of ammonia in CSN group decreased by 17.62%(P〈0.05), and particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5) had no significant difference. The FSM and the CSN increased the manure ammonia nitrogen and nitrite concentrations (P〈0.05). The results indicated that fresh FSM and CSN could raise manure ammonia nitrogen and nitrite contents, reduce the ammonia concentration in pig house, fresh FSM could reduce particulate matter (PM) concentration in pig house.
