摘 要:由于惯性稳定平台中的轴系精度直接影响产品的性能指标,提出了一种采用钢带传动技术来提高稳定平台中轴系精度的设计方法。根据带传动设计特点,对钢带传动技术的工作原理、实现方式、误差分析、仿真计算等进行了详细分析,给出了设计要点和设计结果,并对设计结果进行了试验验证。试验结果表明:钢带传动机构运行平稳、可靠,传动精度高,满足产品稳定精度指标要求。The shafting precision of the inertial stabilized platform has direct influence on the technical index of electro-optical reconnaissance system. A method was proposed for improving the shafting precision of inertial stabilized platform by using the steel belt transmission technique. Based on the belt transmission characteristics,analysis was made to the working principle,implementing methods,accuracy analysis,simulation and calculation of the steel belt transmission technology. The key points and result of design was presented,and experimental verification was carried out. The result showed that: the belt transmission mechanism is stable,reliable,and accurate in operation,which can satisfy the stabilization accuracy requirement of products.
