摘　　要：文章在信息距离理论的研究基础上阐述了信息距离与相关概念的区别与联系,探讨了信息距离理论在网站易用性、信息距离转换问题中的应用研究,并对测度中的目标状态、状态链与转移概率、测度规则、判别标准等进行了分析,通过两个实例对网络信息获取、商务交易中的信息距离进行了具体测度与比较,为实现有效的信息利用和管理提供了理论支撑和实践参考。Based on the theory of the Distance of Information-state Transition （DIT）, this paper elaborates the differences and relations between the DIT and relevant concepts. Then, the paper discusses the application of DIT in website usability and DIT conversion problems. The paper analyzes key issues in the measure of information, including target state, state chain and transition probability, measure rules, and determines standards. Finally, the paper measures and compares the acquisition of network infor- mation and DIT in business transaction based on the two examples, which provide a theoretical support and practical reference for the realization of information utilization and management.
