痛经贴治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨院内制剂痛经贴治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证的临床疗效。方法选取本院妇科门诊符合原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证患者109例,随机分为治疗组56例,对照组53例,治疗组在关元穴贴痛经贴,对照组内服布洛芬缓释胶囊,两组均在经期前2天开始治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期。观察两组疗效,痛经症状评分,以及6个月、9个月、12个月复发率。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组痛经症状评分较对照组显著下降(P<0.01),治疗组6个月、9个月、12个月复发率较对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论痛经贴治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证疗效确切,临床使用方便,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of hospital preparation Tongjing Patch in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis. Method Selecting 109 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrheal of cold coagulation and blood stasis that in department of gynecology, they were randomly divided into treatment group of 56 cases and control group of 53 cases. The treatment group used Tongjing patch at Guanyuan （ RN4）. The treatment group took oral administration of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules. Both the two groups were treated in the first 2 days of the menstrual cycle. The treatment continued three menstrual cycles. The therapeutic effect, dysmenorrhea symptoms score, and the relapse rate of 6 month, 9 month, 12 month were observed. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The dysmenorrhea symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The relapse rate of 6 month, 9 month, 12 month of the treatment group all were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tongjing patch in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis has definite effect, and is easy to use. It is worth popularizing.
