摘　　要：传统远程医疗模式提供患者所在医院与其他医院之间的数据传输和音视频传输,在技术发展上已达到瓶颈。为突破远程医学发展制约,结构松散的患者与医生远程就诊模式需要引入到远程医学体系中来,而"互联网+"时代移动网络为沟通模式搭建了稳定的桥梁。设计了一个基于移动网络的远程综合诊疗平台,此平台提供患者远程门诊就医服务,解决患者在医院就医等待时间长问题,并利用移动网络完成支付,患者可以在家里利用可穿戴医疗设备检测并上传健康数据供医生调阅,并能在突发紧急情况时触发急救中心救助。Traditional telemedicine service provides medical data and multimedia data transmission between hospitals. The technique reaches its bottle-neck in recent years. To break the limit of traditional telemedicine service, cooperative service between patient and doctor should be adopted in telemedicine system based on the widely used stable mobile network during internet＋. In this paper, an integrated telemedicine mobile diagnosis and treatment system is designed to serve telemedicine outpatient service for improving clinic experience. Payment can be implemented by mobile network. Patient can use wireless wearable diagnosis devices to upload his health data to cloud server for doctor to check. Patient can also send emergency to rescue center when he is in danger,
