摘　　要：精准医学是生物信息学、医学信息学与大数据交叉发展形成的新型医学概念。其立足于癌症的基因诊断与靶向药物筛选,辐射到所有疾病的精准化诊断与治疗等多个领域的所有环节,最终将助力于人类健康水平的提升。介绍了当前精准医学的整体概况,从精准医学的定义、研究范围、体系构成、信息平台框架设汁及最终实现的目标等方面描述了精准医学带来的新型医学模式。最后对实施精准医学面临的问题进行了思考,并对当前面临的信息化方面的挑战进行了总结。The cross development of bioinformatics, medical informatics and big data formed the concept of precision medicine. It starts from the genetic diagnosis and targeted drug screening of cancer to all aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of all diseases, and will eventually help raise the level of human health. This paper describes the overall profile of precision medicine, including the definition, the covered study scope, the composition of the medical system, the design of information platform framework, the target plans to accomplish and so on. Finally the challenges of information technology are summarized.
