摘　　要：院前急救成为急救过程中的重要一环,从最初的救护车只负责转运患者,到救护车能够在最短的时间内到达急救现场,并能以最快的速度到达医院,但这只是缩短了救护车将病人带到医院所花的时间。针对现有模式的不足,通过对急救车的改进、信息平台的建设等多个方面做各种努力和尝试,提出了一种基于物联网的院前急救医疗平台,设计并实现了基于物联网的院前急救医疗平台,利用现有的物联网技术和无线通讯技术对患者的各种生命体征信息进行远程实时监护,指导转运医院和急救现场医生实施有效救治。Pre-hospital emergency aid has been an important part of emergency aid. The mode is changing from the initial only responsible for patient transport ambulance to the emergency ambulance can arrive on site within the shortest possible time and with the fastest speed to reach the hospital, but only shorten the rescue car patient to the hospital to spend time. For less than the current model by doing all kinds of trials, such as the improvement of ambulance, construction of information platform, the proposed prehospital emergency aid perform based on internet of thing has been designed and implemented, which uses existing internet of thing technology and wireless communication technology to perform remote real-time monitoring on a variety of information about the patient＇s vital signs in order to help on the decision of transferred hospitals and doctors effective treatment.
