摘　　要：目的:通过对新疆五所三级医院远程医疗构建与应用的研究,探讨在省平台完成区域医疗机构所属远程中心实现汇集目标的可行性。方法:阐述了新疆医院远程医疗的研究模式,从应用现状的视角,分析了新疆各级医院五年间远程医疗机构的分布情况,各类远程医疗会诊模式的应用及运行情况。结果:对新疆远程医疗的应用效果与价值进行了客观评价,提出了新疆医院远程医疗亟待解决的难点问题。结论:实现省级医疗卫生区域平台层面上的远程医学会诊、远程区域协同服务、远程急救医疗是新疆省级区域医疗平台未来几年进一步研制、应用和实施工作的重点方向。Objective： To explore the feasibility of building a telemedicine system center affiliated to hospitals in Xinjiang through a pilot study on the construction and application of telemedicine in five tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang. Methods： The research modes of telemedicine system in Xinjiang hospitals were introduced. The distribution of telemedicine in Xinjiang hospitals at all levels during the past five years and the application and operation of telemedicine consultation modes were analyzed from the perspective of application status. Results： An objective evaluation was made on the effect and value of telemedicine in Xinjiang and difficult issues facing telemedicine in Xinjiang were put forward. Conclusion： Telemedicine diagnosis, regional collaborative medical service and telemedicine in emergency medical service on provincial regional medical platform should be key fields in the following years for further researches, application and implementations.
