摘　　要：国家人口与健康科学数据共享平台拥有涵盖基础医学、临床医学、公共卫生、中医、药学、人口生殖等六方面分布在全国医疗、健康和医学专题知识和数据资源。在各类资源中准确、有效地帮助用户发现、获取所需的知识和数据是国家人口与健康科学数据共享平台提供知识和数据共享服务的重要目标。Infobutton是Health Level Seven International(HL7)制定的一项临床决策支持标准,该标准定义了基于用户在医疗信息系统中的使用语境,帮助用户直接检索和获取在线医疗健康信息的方法。描述了HL7的Infobutton标准在人口与健康科学数据共享平台的应用,包括构建基于HL7 Infobutton标准的应用原理模型的设计、实施、标准的本地化调整以及实施Infobutton标准过程中的技术要点。通过Infobutton标准的实施,国家人口与健康科学数据共享平台实现了用户通过嵌在临床信息系统中的插件,直接智能检索和获取所需的医疗健康知识及数据,极大提高了平台的信息共享能力和水平。The national population and health science data sharing platform has medical treatment, health and medical knowledge and data resources covering basic medicine, clinical medicine, public health, traditional Chinese medicine, pharmacy, population reproduction distributed in the whole country. The national population and health science data sharing platform provides knowledge and data sharing services. Its important goal is to accurately and effectively help users to find and obtain the required knowledge and data in all kinds of resources. Infobutton is a clinical decision support standard formulated by Health Level Seven International （HLT）. The standard defines the method of helping users to directly retrieve and obtain the online medical and health information based on the user＇ s usage context in the medical information system. The application of HL7Infobutton standard in population and health science data sharing platform is described, including the design and implementation of application principle model based on HL7 Infobutton standard, and local adjustment of standard, and the main technical points in the process of implementation of Infobutton standard. Through the implementation of Infobutton standard, the national population and health science data sharing platform realizes users＇ direct and intelligent retrieval and access to the required medical and health knowledge and data through the plug-in units embedded in the clinical information system, and greatly improves its capability and level of information sharing.
