摘　　要：目的:从患者安全视角优化住院患者的电子医嘱。方法:参照JCI标准,从JCI评审过程中涉及住院医嘱的问题入手,通过完善信息系统的相关功能、实施了标准化诊疗流程。结果:实施信息系统的调优工作达到了减低医疗风险,简化医疗流程、提升患者就医安全的目标。结论:JCI认证过程是一个流程改造和系统提升的过程,在JCI认证的过程中,信息化工具成为规范医疗环节的有效手段之一。Objective： From the perspective of optimizing hospital patient safety electronic medical patients. Methods： According to JCI standard, problems related to inpatient orders from the JCI review process, through the relevant function, improve the information system of the implementation of standardized diagnosis and treatment process. Results： The implementation of information system optimization to reduce the medical risk, simplify medical procedures, enhance the safety of the patients＇ goals. Conclusion： JCI certification process is a process of transformation and system promotion process, in the process of JCI certification, information tools has become one of the effective means to regulate medical links.
