摘　　要：目的:调研SNOMED CT的发展和应用情况。方法:通过查阅SNOMED CT相关的文献,调研国际卫生术语标准开发组织的官网,收集相关信息。结果:SNOMED CT涵盖多方面的临床信息,能够灵活地表示医学术语,并反映出临床术语之间的逻辑关系,在世界上多个国家得到广泛应用,电子健康档案、临床信息系统、知识本体、术语标准等领域。结论:SNOMED CT真正意义上的实施才刚刚起步,它需要逐步完善,为医疗信息系统的构建提供更大的帮助。同时SNOMED CT概念的标准化、同一术语的标准化、语义关联的标准化为中医临床术语系统的完善和发展提供一定的参考价值。Objective： Research the development and application of SNOMED CT. Method： Collect information of SNOMED CT through related literatures and the IHTSDO official website. Results： SNOMED CT is currently used in more than 50 countries for the wide coverage concept and the sound relationship structure, it is mainly used in EHR, Clinical Information Systems, ontology, terminology standards and other fields. Conclusion： The true meaning of SNOMED CT implementation has just started. It needs gradually improving to provide greater assistance to the building of medical information system. It will provide some reference value for the improvement and development of TCM clinical terminology system.
