摘　　要：研究基于国家科学数据共享平台研究成果—《中医临床术语集》,在中医基础理论指导下,遵循中医自身发展规律,研制了符合中医临床科研需求,具有27种术语以及术语的10种属性分类的《中医临床术语字典》,纳入术语188 629条,是中医医疗临床与科研信息共享系统的重要组成部分。依据《中医临床术语字典》,进一步形成了20家基地的26种《基地重点病种临床术语字典》,并应用在各自基地的临床科研信息共享系统,作为各基地重点病种研究的标准术语支撑。in this study, based on national scientific data sharing platform research - ＂TCM （ traditional Chinese medicine ） clinical terms set＂, under the guidance of the basic theory of TCM, following the law of development of TCM itself, we develop TCM clinical terminology dictionary which is in hne with TCM chnic and research demand .this dictionary have 27 kinds of terminology and 10 kinds of attribute of terminology, the ＂TCM clinical terminology dictionary＂ included188,629 terms, is the important component of TCM Medical Treatment and Clinical Scientific Research Information Sharing System. Based on ＂TCM chnical terminology dictionary＂ and further formed 20 clinical research bases 26 kinds of ＂base key disease chnical terminology dictionary＂, and applied in chnical research in their respective Clinical Scientific Research Information Sharing system, as standards support of the base key disease research.
