摘　　要：将物联网技术应用到生鲜农产品冷链物流体系建设中,有助于破解当前冷链物流中断频发的难题,对于确保生鲜农产品质量安全、稳定农产品价格具有重要意义。本文从政府监管部门、冷链相关企业和消费者的功能需求出发,构建了包含多个物联网系统和信息平台在内的生鲜农产品冷链物流体系框架,并从生鲜农产品冷链物流过程视角分析了该体系的运行机理,指出生鲜农产品冷链物联网的完善程度、冷链物联网标准体系以及冷链各节点之间的信息共享程度是该体系运行效率的三个主要决定因素,进而从政府先期投入与优惠措施并举,加快农产品冷链物联网标准体系建设,组建多种形式的冷链物流联盟体系,分阶段、分步骤逐步推进冷链相关企业的物联网化改造,引导消费者需求等方面提出了该体系的建设路径。The Internet of Things technology applied to the construction of cold- chain logistics system for fresh agricultural products helps to solve the problems of cold- chain interruption which occur frequently,and is important to ensuring the quality safety and price stabilization of fresh agricultural products.This paper establishes the framework of cold- chain logistics system for fresh agricultural products consisting of multiple IOT systems and information platform from the perspective of functional requirements of government regulators,cold- chain enterprises and consumers, and then analyses the operating mechanism of cold- chain logistics system for fresh agricultural products from the angle of cold- chain logistics process. The authors deem that the maturity of IOT infrastructures,standard system of cold-chain IOT and degree of information sharing among various nodes or links in the cold- chain determine the operating efficiency of this system. Finally the paper puts forward the construction path of this system including emphasizing both government investment and preferential measures,accelerating standard system construction and the technology innovation of cold- chain IOT of agricultural products,forming various cold- chain logistics alliances,promoting the application of IOT in cold- chain enterprises step by step,and guiding the consumer demand.
