摘　　要：文章提出了家庭政治的分析框架,以全面理解当前农村的养老危机。在家庭政治中,财产、伦理和权力构成最基本的要素。制度化的伦理规范赋予了家庭成员相应的权力与义务,并决定了家庭财产积累和传递的基本规则,实现了家庭中财产、权力与义务的公平分配,即家庭政治之"正义"。当前,家庭政治中权力与义务的不均衡所形成的代际剥削机制,则打破了家庭政治的正义性原则,导致家庭之不"义",最终引发了农村老年人生活的全面危机。农民家庭生活的变革也深刻地改变了乡村社会秩序的性质,家庭政治中正义的消解,根本上冲击了村庄中基本的政治和正义观,利益和暴力开始构成为乡村社会秩序的底色,乡村政治秩序面临着严重的挑战。This paper presents an analysis framework of family politics to comprehensively understand the current crisis of supporting rural elderly. Property,ethic,and power constitute the basic elements of family politics. The institutionalized ethic entitles corresponding power and obligation to different family members,and decides the basic rules of the accumulation of family property. Thus,it realizes the fair distribution among family property,power and obligation,which also means ‘justice'in family politics. At present,the exploitative relationship between generations which is formed by imbalanced distribution between power and obligation breaks the principle of justice in family politics,and leads to injustice,and at last,it causes a comprehensive crisis of rural elderly's life. The change of peasants' family life also alters the nature of rural society's order profoundly. The collapses of justice in family politics impact the basic principle of politics and justice fundamentally. As a result,interest and violence become the basic elements of the rural governance,and the rural society becomes graying,and the order of rural politics is faced with severe crisis.
