摘 要:以漳州市常用的10种园林植物为实验材料,研究其叶片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌3种条件致病细菌的抑制作用以及植株的滞尘能力.结果表明:各树种间的滞尘及抑菌效果差异较大.秋枫对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好为40%,而垂榕对大肠杆菌无抑制作用.高山榕对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好为34.5%,而盆架子、秋枫对金黄色葡萄球菌无抑制作用.樟树对枯草杆菌的抑菌效果最好为89.1%,火焰木对枯草杆菌无抑制作用.不同供试植物的滞尘能力各不相同,高山榕滞尘能力最强,单位体积滞尘量达8.72 g.m-3,芒果滞尘能力最弱,为1.41 g.m-3.The study was carried out about 10 kinds of Zhangzhou city common garden plants dust retention ability and their leaves antibacterical activities on the three pathogenic bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis. The results showed that there are significant difference on antibacterial activities and dust retention ability of 10 kinds of garden plants. Bischofia javanica’s perfect antibacterical activities on Escherichia coli is 40%. However, Ficus benjamina has no effect on Escherichia coli. Ficus altissima’s best antibacterical activities on Staphylococcus aureus is 34.5%. While Alstonia scholaris, Bischofia javanica have no effects on Staphylococcus aureus. Cinnamomum camphora’s best antibacterical activities on Bacillus subtilis is 89.1%. While Spathodea campanulata Beauv has no effect on Bacillus subtilis. The tested plants have different dust retention abilities. Ficus altissima has the best effect on dust retention ability, its dust content per unit volume can reach to 8.72 g. While Mangiferaindica has the weakest effect, its dust content per unit volume is 1.41 g.
