罕见咽后间隙巨大囊性淋巴管瘤1例诊治体会

摘　　要：1病例报告 患儿,男,1岁2个月,2013年3月2日因＂反复发热、咳嗽、咳痰10d＂于当地医院住院治疗,查体发现＂左侧扁桃体下极水平咽后壁类圆形肿物＂,颈部CT示＂气管后方、口咽及喉咽后方多发囊性占位＂。当地行全身麻醉下＂咽后肿物切开引流术＂,引流出少量黄色分泌物及气体,并取囊壁送病理为＂送检纤维囊壁组织,部分被覆红染坏死样物,纤维搬痕组织增生．并见少许炎性细胞增生”。One child was hospitalized because of repeated cough and sputum.The biopsy diagnosis in local hospital was cystic lymphangioma in retropharyngeal space.We carried out transoral incision and drainage by catheter under general anesthesia.Put into the surgical cavity a suction drainage tube,and injected 5mg dexamethasone and 8mg Bleomycin.He had nasogastric liquid diet after operation.We removed the suction drainage tube two weeks later.No recurrence was found following up over two years.
