2010—2013年山西省东南部地区新农合住院患者恶性肿瘤构成和顺位分析

摘　　要：目的:了解山西省东南部地区新型农村合作医疗(新农合)恶性肿瘤住院患者构成情况,为配置卫生资源提供科学依据。方法:按照经济发展水平随机选取山西省东南部地区2010—2013年4个县的新农合住院恶性肿瘤患者的资料进行收集整理,分析恶性肿瘤住院患者疾病构成。结果:4年新农合恶性肿瘤住院人数共6 384人,前10位恶性肿瘤疾病住院人次数为5 856人,占4年新农合全部恶性肿瘤住院人数的91.73%。前5种恶性肿瘤分别为食管癌、胃癌、贲门癌、宫颈癌、肺癌。男性主要以消化道肿瘤为主,女性主要以妇科肿瘤为主。50岁以下人群除了消化道肿瘤外,宫颈癌、乳腺癌和肺癌等非消化道肿瘤占了很大的比重;50岁以上的人群主要以消化道肿瘤为主。结论:山西省东南部地区4年新农合住院患者恶性肿瘤疾病构成中,前10位肿瘤类型基本未发生变化。男性主要以消化道肿瘤为主,女性主要以妇科肿瘤为主,尤其是女性乳腺癌顺位逐年提前,老年人群以消化道肿瘤为主,应加强对这些恶性肿瘤的防治,提高农村居民的健康水平。Objective：To understand cancer composition of hospitalized patients supported by New Rural Cooperation Medical System（NRCMS）in the southeast of Shanxi province so as to provide scientific basis for allocation of health resources.Methods：Four counties were randomly selected in accordance with the level of economic development,the data of inpatients of hospitalized patients with cancer under NRCMS from 2010 to 2013 were collected and the Cancer Composition was analyzed.Results：A total of 6 384 patients with cancer was in the hospital,the number of top 10 for hospitalized patients with cancer is 5 856.The first five kinds of cancer were esophageal cancer,stomach cancer,cardia cancer,cervical cancer,lung cancer,respectively.Gastrointestinal cancer is a major in men,and gynecological cancer in women.Gastrointestinal cancer is a major in the people over the age of 50.Conclusion：The top ten cancer type didn＇t change during 2010 to 2013.Gastrointestinal cancer is a major in men and the people over the age of 50,and gynecological cancer in women.Especially the sequence of the breast cancer in women improves year by year,the control of the cancer should be strengthened,and the health level of rural residents should be improved.
