摘　　要：铸渣机用于铜渣或铅渣的浇铸。铸渣机会随着表面温度变化而产生变形,其变形如果处理不当将会使铸渣机产生较大的热应力而影响正常生产。本文对铸渣机受热后的变形和作用力的关系做了深入分析,并提出了一种解决方法,该方法能释放变形且降低了热应力对铸渣机的影响。The casting slag machine is used for casting copper slag or lead slag,The machine deforms with the fluctuation of surface temperature,the thermal stress should affect the normal production if the thermal deformation is not treated properly. on this paper,the relationship between deformation and thermal stress is analyzed,and a method to solve the thermal stress is proposed. The deformation was released and the effect of thermal stress on the casting slag machine was reduced.
