摘  要:冶金炉后接余热锅炉是工业上回收高温烟气余热资源的常用手段,烟道内部烟气流场与温度场的分布不仅关系到换热的效率,更与锅炉寿命密切相关。为了探索因烟气倾斜进入烟道而造成的结渣、磨损等问题的解决方法,本文建立了某三段式余热锅炉上升烟道的数值模型,得到了不同烟气入射角度情况下流场的分布规律。通过分析,提出了设置分流板这一最为简单有效的改善措施,并进一步对分流板的位置、数量进行优化分析。结果表明,当在距离烟道后墙1/3烟道宽度处布置1块分流板时,烟道后墙所承受的最大动压下降了30%,明显减轻了烟气流对后墙的冲击;三米段出口处烟气流场分布的均匀性也提高了15%,有效改善了上升烟道内部流场与温度场的分布。It's a common means to locate a waste heat boiler behind metallurgical furnace for collecting the energy of high- temperature flue gas. The distribution of flow field and temperature field in the flue has close relationship not only to heat exchange efficiency,but also to boilers' lifespan. To explore ways to solve the problems,such as slag- bonding and abrasion,caused by gas aslant entering,a numeric uptake flue of a three- passage waste heat boiler was modeled. Under the help of this model,regular of the field distribution associated with different gas entrance inclination were studied.After analysis,a simple but effective measure —adding distributors was put forward,meanwhile,the optimization of the distributors' location and quantity is further investigated. The result indicates that when setting a splitter plate 1 /3 flue thickness in front of the flue back wall,the maximum dynamic pressure on the back wall falls 30%,and the uniformity of flow distribution at the outlet of 3m region improves 15%.
