摘　　要：介绍国医大师裘沛然运用膏方的临床经验,包括识病务精、大方复治、培补脾肾、补泻互寓、寒热并投、动静结合、敛散相合。并例举十二指肠溃疡膏方医案1则。This paper introduces Master Qiu Peiran ’s clinical experience in the prescription of herbal paste,including accurate differentiation of diseases,comprehensive treatment of big and heavy prescription,nourishment of spleen and kidney,combined use of reinforcing and reducing methods,combination of heat and cold herbs,integration of static and motive herbs,and joining of astringing and dispersing herbs. One case of duodenal ulcer treated by herbal paste was presented as an example.
