摘　　要：文中以制造业为立足点,基于制造业行业层面和区域层面上,使用2004-2010年全国27个工业行业以及30个省市区的研发能力和竞争力的有关数据,全面分析行业研发能力对制造业竞争力的影响机制。通过计量分析方法,分析行业研发能力对中国制造业竞争力的影响、影响的异质性和影响的短期效应,并提出相关的政策建议。This paper manufacturing standpoint, based on the manufacturing industry and regional levels, 2004 to use- in 2010 in 27 industrial sectors and the data 30 provinces, municipalities, research and development capabilities and competitiveness, a comprehensive analysis of industry R D capabilities to influence Mechanism manufacturing competitiveness. Through quantitative analysis method to analyze the impact of China＇s manufacturing industry R D capabilities competitiveness, heterogeneity and influence the impact of short-term effects, and make relevant policy recommendations.
