摘 要:在JIT生产模式中,针对设备备件较常见的低库存风险和备件需求不同于生产件的特殊性,在其供应商选择决策中应予以充分考虑。文中在传统评价指标的基础上,引入紧急缺货指数、应急反应时间及其附加成本指标,并将其量化、修正,建立相应的数学模型,运用改进的遗传算法求解形成决策方案。实例验证表明,新的决策方案兼顾了供应商的紧急供货能力,与企业的设备备件供应需求实际更加符合。In the JIT mode,the low-stock risk is common for spare parts and the demand have particularities which are different from production parts. It should be paid attention to in supplier selection decision. This paper adds to index of urgent demand,fast- response time and its additional cost based on traditional evaluating indicators,and indexes are revised,establish relevant mathematical model. Finally,the model is solved by modified Genetic Algorithm. An illustrative example is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed decision scheme which can involve the emergency supply capacity of suppliers. The result is consistent with actual situation in enterprises.
