近20年电针治疗围绝经期综合症的临床研究述评

摘　　要：对近20年来有关电针治疗围绝经期综合征的文献,从电针治疗现状、取穴、操作及存在的问题等进行了整理、分析。结果表明电针疗法已逐渐成为临床治疗本病的重要方法。并且电针治疗优于药物治疗。临床研究有较大进步,科研方法得到重视。存在的主要问题有诊断及疗效评价标准不统一、有效率差异较大、对激素替代疗法的认识陈旧。建议今后开展科研协作,提高研究水平,建立统一的诊断及疗效评定标准和观察指标,拓展思路,开展电针配合激素疗法的研究,为临床治疗本病提供新思路。The literature related to the acupuncture treatment of perimenopansal syndrome from acupuncture treatment status, acu- points, operation and existing problems in the past 20 years were sorted and analyzed. The results showed that the acupuncture has gradual- ly become an important clinical method in the treatment of this disease. The acupuncture therapy is superior to drug therapy. Clinical stud- ies have greatly progressed and more attention has been paid on research methods. The main problems are disunity of diagnosis and treat- ment evaluation standards, large efficient differences and obsolete understanding of hormone replacement therapy. It is suggested that more effort should be made in research collaboration, improvement of research ability and establishment of unified diagnosis and evaluation crite- ria and as well as more study of electro - acupuncture combined with hormone therapy for new ideas to cure this disease.
