摘　　要：实验实训教学在培养高素质、高技能、创新型人才的过程中发挥着重要作用,文章分析了高校实验实训教学中存在的问题。结合重庆文理学院实际,分别从改进实验实训条件、实验实训教学一体化改革、实验实训师资队伍建设和实验实训中心运行效率等方面提出针对性措施,使其在高校教学中发挥更大作用。Experimental and practical teaching plays a very important role in the process of cultivating talents with high quality, high skills and innovation. The paper analyzes the problems in the experimental and practical teaching.Taking Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences as an Example, the paper puts forward some pertinent measures from the aspects of improving the experimental and practical conditions, the reform of the experimental and practical teaching integration, the construction of experimental and practical teaching staff and the operating efficiency of experimental and practical center in order to play a more important role in college teaching.
