NB-UVB联合卡泊三醇软膏及消银颗粒治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合卡泊三醇软膏及消银颗粒治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效与安全性。方法 90例寻常性银屑病患者均给予消银颗粒口服,并随机分为3组。治疗组同时予NB-UVB照射联合卡泊三醇软膏外用;对照1组和对照2组分别予NB-UVB照射和卡泊三醇软膏外用。3组均在治疗8周后判定疗效。结果治疗组有效率为80.0%。对照1组和对照2组有效率分别为36.7%和40.0%;与治疗组有效率相比差异均有统计学意义。治疗过程中不良反应少见且患者均可耐受。结论 NB-UVB联合卡泊三醇软膏及消银颗粒治疗寻常性银屑病疗效显著,不良反应少。Objective To observe the efficacy of narrow-band ultra violet B（NB-UVB） combined with calcipotriol ointment and Xiaoyin granules on the patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods All of 90 cases were given Xiaoyin granules orally and randomly divided into three groups. The patients in treatment group were treated by both NB-UVB and calcipotriol ointment while the control group one and control group two were treated with NB-UVB or calcipotriol ointment respectively. The clinical effects were observed after eight weeks＇ treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 80.0% while the effective rates of control group one and control group two were 36.7% and 40.0% respectively, which both showed significant differences compared with that of treatment group. Besides, the adverse reactions were mild and could be tolerated. Conclusion NB-UVB combined with calcipotriol ointment and Xiaoyin granules is effective and safe in treating patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
