摘　　要：目的了解我科采用中西医综合分期疗法治疗系统性硬皮病(SSc)的远期疗效。方法对2002年至2011年曾在我科住院治疗的529例SSc患者做了随访。经常住院者117例,出院后坚持门诊者276例;出院后未继续治疗者136例,其中接受随访者61例。结果总体疗效:67例显效,195例好转,112例稳定,23例加重,37例死亡。有效率60%,稳定率86%,病死率8.15%。5年生存率97%,10年生存率94%。经常住院及坚持门诊组有效率62.5%,稳定率90.6%,疗效显著优于放弃治疗组。结论中西医综合分期疗法对系统性硬皮病患者疗效显著能使86%的患者保持长期稳定。坚持长期治疗者疗效显著优于放弃治疗者。5年生存率和10年生存率显著高于国外文献报导。值得临床推广应用。Objective To understand the long-term effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine by stages to treat systemic scleroderma（SSc）. Methods From 2002 to 2011, 529 patients with SSc hospitalized in our department were followed up. 117 cases were hospitalized, 276 cases were treated at the clinic after discharge from hospital, and 136 cases were not treated after discharge, including 61 cases of follow-up. Results The overall curative effects： 67 cases was markedly effective, 195 cases take a change for the better to improve, 112 cases was stabile conditions, 23 cases had aggravated, 37 cases died. Effective rate was 60%, the stale rate was 86%, and the fatality rate was 8.15%. The 5-year survival rate was 97%, 10-year survival rate was 94%. The effective rate of group that repeated hospitalization and adhere to the clinic in time was 62.5%, the stability rate was 90.6%, curative effect is significantly better than withdrawing treatment group. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy on the clinical staging in patients with systemic sclerosis significantly can enable 86%patients to maintain long-term stability. The effect of long-term treatment is significantly better than that of the withdrawing treatment. Five-year survival rate and 10-year survival rate are significantly higher than that of foreign literature report. The therapy is worth popularizing application in clinic.
