摘　　要：为体现租赁设备可靠性内部共性衰退与外部个性冲击共存的特点,从租赁服务商的视角出发,基于威布尔分布和泊松分布,对租赁设备内部衰退和外部冲击过程进行混合故障建模;结合内外损害回复和内部故障递增的修复非新规则,考虑双向故障惩罚机制,建立了周期性预防维护决策模型.算例分析表明,该模型符合租赁设备的实际维护状况,能为租赁维护决策提供技术支持.To reflect the reliability characteristic of leased equipment,which is influenced by both general internal degradation and personal external shock damage,a mixed failure model based on the theory of Weibull and Poisson distribution was established,from the view of leasing service provider.Then,the period preventive maintenance policy was established combining internal and external damage reversion with internal failure increase,considering the bi-directional failure punishment mechanism.The analyses of numerical example demonstrate that the maintenance decision model accords with the actual conditions,and can provide technical support for leasing maintenance decision.
