循证护理对肺结核患者心理及治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的分析循证护理对肺结核患者心理及治疗依从性的影响。方法将都匀市医院收治的45例肺结核患者随机分为对照组20例,进行常规护理;观察组25例,在常规护理基础上,从心理护理、健康教育、生活护理等方面进行循证护理。比较两组患者在心理健康状况及1 a内治疗依从性。结果观察组的焦虑评分及抑郁评分均显著高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组在3个月、8个月及12个月的用药治疗依从率均明显高于同期的对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可改善肺结核患者心理状态,并提高患者的治疗依从性。Objective To analyse the effect of evidence-based nursing on psychology and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients compliance. Method 45 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were randonoly divided into the control group （20 cases,with routine nursing care） ; the observation group （25 cases , on the basis of conventional care, evidence-based nursing from psychological nursing, health education, and other aspects of life）. The patients in the two groups were compared in mental health and one year of treatment compliance. Results The scores of anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. The observation group in the drug treatment compliance of 3 months, 8months and 12 months were significantly higher than the same period（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Evidence based nursing can improve the mental status of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and can improve the treatment compliance of patients.
