摘 要:在育种早期阶段进行抗黑穗病品系筛选,能提高抗病品种的选育效率。本试验选用云蔗08型品系材料在选育程序的早期阶段鉴定圃进行人工接种黑穗病菌与自然感病筛选试验,试验结果显示:人工接种处理新植有45份材料发病,占参试材料的13.1%,宿根蔗有67份材料发病,占19.5%。自然感病处理新植有18份材料发病,占5.2%。人工接种处理新植与自然感病处理新植相比,对品系材料的抗黑穗病性检测效果明显且达极显著水平。Screening for anti-smut in the early stages of breeding can improve the efficiency to breed resistant varieties. Artificial inoculation and natural infection were conducted for screening using strains of Yunzhe 08 strains in the early stages of breeding programs. The results of showed that 45(13.1% of all) materials were infected in new-plant of artificial inoculation and 67(19.5% of all) materials were infected in ratoon. There were 18 infected materials(5.2% of all) in new-plant of natural infection. Statistical tests showed that there were great significant difference between new-plant of artificial inoculation and natural infection.
