摘  要:自从高炉大型化和强化操作以来,高炉对焦炭质量要求越来越高,但是钢铁行业产能过剩,造成马钢生存面临空前挑战。炼铁技术处通过技术攻关,优化配煤结构、统筹兼顾合理应用资源,努力消化降本对焦炭质量带来的不利影响,使自产焦质量达到了马钢新的自产焦炭技术要求,在保证焦炭质量的同时实现配煤结构降本。Since blast furnaces became large-sized with operation enhanced, they have put higher requirement on coke quality, while excessive production capacity in the steelmaking sector has been squeezing the living space of steelmakers. Through technical brainstorming, the ironmaking technology department of MaSteel optimizes coal blend- ing structure, reasonably utilizes resources with overall consideration and work hard to eliiminate the negative effect of cost reduction on coke quality; as a result the quality of self-produced coke has reached technical requirement while structural cost reduction of coal blending has been achieved.
