摘　　要：介绍了马钢铁前系统围绕着高炉稳定顺行的目标,实行"研、供、产"系统联动,降低进口矿库存,稳定配煤、配矿,强化管理,提高技术操作水平。2014年4月以来基本实现了大、中、小型高炉稳定均衡生产,铁水成本逐步降低。The practice of systematic linkage of ＂research, supply and production＂, reducing the inventory of im- ported ore, stabilizing coal blending and ore blending, enhancing management and improving technical operation level with the focus on the goal of blast furnace stable operation in MaSteel＇s before-ironmaking system is introduced. Since April, 2014, stable balanced production of all large, medium and small blast furnaces has basically been achieved and hot metal cost gradually reduced.
