雌三醇乳膏联合康妇特栓治疗复发性萎缩性阴道炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探索雌三醇乳膏联合康妇特栓治疗复发性萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选择本院2013年4月--2014年4月期间因绝经后反复发作阴道炎于本院门诊就诊的患者60例，随机分为A组及B组各30例，A组予康妇特栓治疗，B组予雌三醇乳膏联合康妇特栓治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果A组总有效率67．7％，复发率33．3％；B组总有效率93．3％，复发率6．67％。结论应用雌三醇乳膏联合康妇特栓治疗复发性萎缩性阴道炎，疗效确切，复发率低，值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of estriol cream plus confort pessaries on recurrent atrophic vaginitis. Methods 60 cases with recurrent vaginitis after menopause in out-patient department in the period from April, 2013 to April, 2014 were randomly divided into 2 groups： group A and group B, 30 in each; cases in group A were treated with confort pessaries while cases in group B were treated with estriol cream plus confort pessaries; the clinical effects in the 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in group A was 67.7% and the reoccurrence was 33.3% while the total effective rate in group B was 93.3% and the reoccurrence was 6.67%. Conclusions It is of certain curative effect and low reoccurrence to treat reoccurrent atrophic vaginitis with estriol cream plus confor pessaries, it is worthy of wider clinical application.
