利伐沙班在老年下肢深静脉血栓治疗中安全性的研究

摘　　要：目的在70岁以上老年下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）患者中，观察评估口服利伐沙班治疗的安全性。方法研究2012年5月--2014年4月，22例老年下肢DVT患者，口服利伐沙班治疗60d，评价分析治疗前后患者血红蛋白、血小板、凝血功能和肝肾功能的变化。结果治疗前后患者血红蛋白、血小板、凝血功能、肝肾功能无明显差异，无严重出血事件。结论对于老年下肢深静脉血栓患者，利伐沙班是一种安全有效的口服治疗药物。Objective To observe and evaluate the safety of oral rivaroxaban treatment in the patients of over seventy with deep venous thrombosis （DVT） of the lower extremities. Methods We conducucted a study on twenty- two senile patientspeople of with lower extremity DVT patients were conducucted to takeing orally rivaroxaban for sixty days from May. 2012 to Apr. 2014, and then evaluate and analyze the changes of hemoglobin, platelet, coagulation function, and liver and kidney function were evaluate and analyze before and after taking medicine. Results In this study, we find ri- varoxaban doesn？ t influencethe patient s hemoglobin, platelets, coagulation function, and liver and kidney function did not changed after taking rivaroxaban and there is no major bleeding events occured. Conclusion Rivaroxaban is a safe and effective oral treatment way targeting at senile patients of lower extremity DVT.
