我国薯蓣属植物繁育技术研究进展

摘　　要：多数薯蓣属植物是极具开发潜力的重要药源植物,现有植物资源供不应求,高效培育与大面积引种栽培是解决的主要途径。笔者综述了我国目前薯蓣属植物的繁育技术,包括高产栽培技术体系及组织培养技术的发展态势,以期为薯蓣属植物的良种选育和现有资源的保护与开发利用提供借鉴。Most species in Dioscorea are important medicinal plants with higher explored potential. The limited wild amounts of these plants are far from the resource-starved market needs,while it could be resolved by efficient reproduction and cultivation in large area. In this paper,we summarized technology development of reproduction and cultivation of Dioscorea spp. in China,including technique systems of high-yield cultivation and tissue-culture technology to provide basic reference for breeding of Dioscorea spp.,and help to the protection and utilization of these plants.
