摘　　要：利用SWOT分析方法,从优势、问题、机遇和挑战4个方面,分析了中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所科技成果转化的现状。然后从制度建设、人才队伍建设、品牌建设和宣传方式改进等方面提出推动橡胶研究所科技成果转化的对策建议。In this paper, the state of transformation of sci-tech in Rubber Research Institute of CATAS was analyzed by SWOT method from four respects： advantage, problem, opportunity and challenge. And we put forward some suggestions on promotion of the transformation of sci-tech in Rubber Research Institute from different aspects, such as from the system construction, the talent team construction, the brand building and propagandist means etc.
