警校大学毕业生心理弹性与社会支持的关系调查及其培养策略

摘　　要：采用成人心理弹性问卷(RSA)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS),以200名警校在校大学毕业生为被试施行测试,考查大学毕业生心理弹性状况以及大学毕业生心理弹性与社会支持的关系。结果:(1)警校大学毕业生的心理弹性水平略高于一般水平,但差异性比较大;(2)警校大学毕业生社会支持水平与心理弹性水平以及社会资源、家庭凝聚力和组织风格呈显著正相关。对结果分析之后提出大学毕业生心理弹性水平提升的培养策略:提高大学毕业生的自我效能感;对大学毕业生进行挫折教育;倡导挑战式学习;构建其多样的社会支持系统。Resilience scale for adults（ RSA） and Social Support Rating Scale（ SSRS） are used to examine college graduates＇ resilience and the relationship between university graduates＇ psychological resilience and social support,with 200 police officer＇s college graduates as participants,The results are as follows ： 1Resilience level of police officer＇s university graduates is slightly higher than the average level,but with relatively large differences between police officer＇s university graduates; 2social support of police officer＇s university graduate is significantly positively correlated with resilience,community resources,family cohesion and organizational style. After analysis of results,training strategy on resilience is Put forward including improving graduate student＇s self efficacy,frustration education advocating challenge learning,and building its varied social support systems.
