支原体肺炎患儿自身免疫功能检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析支原体肺炎(MP)患儿自身免疫功能检测的临床意义。方法将医院收治的92例MP患儿设为观察组,另以90例健康儿设为对照组。检测两组病例基础实验室指标的白细胞计数(WBC)和C反应蛋白(CRP);并分别对两组对象的T细胞亚群指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)、血清免疫球蛋白指标(IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE)及血清细胞因子指标(IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6)进行检测。结果观察组患儿WBC及血清CRP指标值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿血清IgA、IgM、IgE以及血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6指标值均高于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-2指标值则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支原体肺炎患儿体液免疫及细胞免疫均存在紊乱,这可能是造成MP患儿自身免疫功能降低的重要原因,临床上可通过提高患儿自身免疫功能这一途径来提高支原体肺炎的临床治疗效果。Objective To analyze clinical significance of the detection of immune function in children with myco- plasma pneumonia （MP）. Methods 92 MP patients were as the observation group, 90 healthy children were served as the control group. WBC and CRP were detected. The indexes of T cell subsets （CD3＋ , CD4＋ and CD8＋ ）, Serum immu- noglobulin （IgG, IgA, IgM and IgE） and serum cytokines （IL-2, y, IFN- index IL-4 and IL-6） were detected. Results WBC and serum CRP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD4＋/ CD8＋ parameter values of observation group were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The serum IgA, IgM and IgE of observation group were higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The serum levels of IFN - gamma, IL - 4 and IL - 6 of observation group were higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. IL - 2 of observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humorat immunity and cellular immunity in children with mycoplasma pneumonia is disorder, which could be due to MP of the important reasons for the reduction in immune function of the patients.
