腹股沟疝合并肝硬化患者围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在腹股沟疝合并肝硬化患者围手术期的临床效果。方法选择32例腹股沟疝合并肝硬化手术患者,随机分为整体护理观察组17例与常规护理对照组15例,比较两组患者修补时间、住院时间、住院费用以及患者对护理质量的满意度。结果观察组住院时间(6.52±1.65)d、住院费用(2658.62±165.23)元、患者满意度94.12%(16/17)与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组手术修补时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛和精神健康得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理能够有效缩短手术时间与患者住院时间,降低住院费用和提高患者对护理质量的满意度。Objective To discuss the holistic nursing in inguinal hernia in cirrhotic patients during operation period nursing effect. Methods 32 patients with inguinal hernia combined surgery of cirrhosis were randomly divided into holis- tic nursing care （observation group, 17 cases） and general nursing care （control group, 15 patients）. The repair time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and patients on satisfaction of nursing quality were obseved. Results The hospitalization time, hospitalization costs and patient satisfaction of observation group were different from that of the con- trol group （P〈0.05）. The repair time of observation group and control group was not statistically different （P〈0.05）. The physiological function, physical function, bodily pain, physical pain and mental health score of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The overall care can effectively shorten the operative time and hospitalization time, reduce hospital costs and improve the patients＇ satisfaction of nursing quality.
