摘　　要：钙调蛋白家族的转凝蛋白(Transgelin,TAGLN)是一种重要的细胞骨架相关蛋白,近年来的研究发现,它在肺部疾病的许多生理病理过程如细胞迁移、增殖、分化及凋亡中均发挥重要作用。本文对Transgelin的基因结构调控、蛋白表达和功能以及其在多种肺部疾病中的作用进行综述,为深入探讨Transgelin在肺部疾病中的重要作用及相关机制奠定基础。Trasngelin is an important shape change sensitive actin-binding protein of the calponin family. Recent evidence suggests that transgelin is both involved in many pathophysiological processes such as migration, proliferation, differentiation or apoptosis in lung diseases. We summarize researches about its structure, expression regulation and function in lung diseases and wish to be helpful for extended studies about the mechanism of transgelin in the treatment of lung diseases.
