电子阴道镜对妊娠期反复阴道流血患者的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价电子阴道镜对妊娠期反复阴道流血患者的诊断价值。方法对68例排除产科原因阴道流血的患者进行了电子阴道镜检查,部分进行宫颈和(或)宫颈赘生物活检并病检,分析其结果。结果阴道壁赘生物2例,1例阴道壁纤维上皮性息肉,1例阴道壁湿疣合并感染,宫颈炎伴活动性出血25例;宫颈蜕膜息肉3例;低度子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变4例;高度子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变3例,宫颈癌1例,宫颈息肉28例,宫颈尖锐湿疣2例。结论电子阴道镜对于妊娠期反复不规则阴道出血有一定的诊断价值,能较快判断妊娠期由于下生殖道的出血原因,指导临床及时正确处理。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of electronic colposcopy in the patients with recurrent vaginal bleeding during pregnancy.Methods To analyze the results of electronic colposcopy of 68 patients with exclusion of obstetric causes of vaginal bleeding.Parts of them were performed with cervical biopsy and pathological examination. Results There were found of 2 cases of vaginal neoplasm, 1 case of vaginal fiber epithelial polyp, 1 case complicated with vaginal warts infection, 25 cases of cervicitis with active hemorrhage,3 cases of cervical decidual polyps,4 cases of low-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions （LSIL）, 3 cases of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions （HSIL）, 1 case of cervical cancer, 28 cases of cervical polyps, and 2 cases of cervical condyloma acuminatum. Conclusion Electronic colposcopy for repeated irregular vaginal bleeding during pregnancy has diagnostic value.It can quickly judge the cause of hemorrhage of the lower genital tract during pregnancy, and guide the correct and timely clinical treatment.
