摘 要:采用稀释平板法和形态学鉴定法,从辽宁碱蓬根际土壤中共分离鉴定出11属24种真菌:青霉属(Penicillium)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、毛霉属(Mucor)、枝孢属(Cladosporium)、木霉属(Trichoderma)、镰孢属(Fusarium)、拟青霉属(Paecilomyces)、腐质霉属(Humicola)、散孢霉属(Scedosporium)、卷霉属(Circinella)和链格孢属(Alternaria)真菌。优势菌属为枝孢属、木霉属、青霉属、链格孢属和曲霉属。以4种重金属(不同浓度的铜、铬、砷、汞)胁迫试验对这些菌株进行了抗性检测,结果表明:奇地总状毛霉对铜和铬都有较强抗性,对二者最高耐受浓度分别为300 mg/L和700 mg/L;串珠镰孢菌和冻土毛霉原变型对砷有较强的抗性,最高耐受浓度达到800 mg/L;腐皮镰孢菌最高可耐受60 mg/L的汞浓度。期望这些菌株能成为碱蓬重金属污染土壤的监测指示菌和修复菌。In this paper, the fungal species from rhizosphere soil of Suaeda liaotungensis was isolated and identified by soil dilution-plate and the traditional morphological methods. The results showed that: 11 genera 24 species fungi in Suaeda liaotungensis rhizosphere soil were isolated and identified, of which the species in Penicillium, Cladosporiu and Trichoderma were the dominant groups of fungi. The experiment of four kinds of heavy metal stress to fungi showed that fungal growth was inhibited under Hg, Cu, Cr and As stress. ; Mucor racemosus displayed the best tolerance to copper and chrome, up to 300 mg/L and 700 mg/L respectively. Fusarium moniliforme displayed the best tolerance to arsenic, up to 800 mg/L;Fusarium solani displayed the best tolerance to mercury, up to 60 rag/L; May these heavy metal resistant strains be used as indicator fungi and repair fungi for monitoring soil environmental pollution by heavy metals.
