广东某市纳管工业企业废水污染物排放标准执行情况跟踪研究

摘　　要：随着广东某市污水处理厂建设进度加快以及污水管网建设完善,工业企业废水能够有效接入污水处理厂处理的范围扩大,因此原有要求污水纳入市政污水管网的建设项目一概执行二级以上排放标准所考虑的背景条件发生变化,所以该市对纳管工业企业废水排放标准的执行情况进行了优化调整。文章通过全面跟踪调查,分析了纳管标准调整对该市市政污水处理厂运行情况、水环境质量现状和工业企业运行情况的影响。With the development of construction progress of urban sewage treatment plant and the sewage pipe network ,sewage can effective range access sewage treatment plant. The requirement that sewage into the municipal sewage pipe network construction projects are executed more than level II standards by considering the background conditions has been changed. Therefore ,it is necessary to amend the discharge standard of industrial enterprises to accept the execution standard. In this study,a comprehensive survey was conductive to study the running situation of municipal sewage treatment plant water ,the environmental quality status and the effect to industrial enterprise.
